Company in the process of registration

Respectful Markets is currently in the process of legal formation. The legal references (SIRET, RCS, intra-Community VAT number, final share capital, exact registered office address, publishing director) will be updated on this page as soon as they are officially assigned, before any commercial launch.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site's content by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Respectful Markets SAS, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle.

5. Liability

Respectful Markets SAS makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, but cannot be held liable for errors, the unavailability of the Site, or the possible presence of viruses.

As a marketplace, Respectful Markets SAS acts as a technical intermediary. The products offered for sale are marketed under the sole responsibility of the third-party sellers listed on the platform.

7. Consumer mediation
