Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision or pay any penalties.

2. How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?

You may:

• Use the “Return this item” button from your My Orders area.
• Write to support@respectfulmarkets.com specifying your order number.
• Use the standard form provided at the end of this page.

3. Return of the product

You must return the product, in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.

4. Refund

The refund is issued within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipment, whichever comes first). The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Unsealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (cosmetics, underwear, etc.).
• Unsealed audio recordings, video recordings, or software.
• Digital content supplied on an intangible medium, the performance of which has begun with your express consent.

6. Defective or non-compliant products

If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, contact us within 48 hours via support@respectfulmarkets.com. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund.

7. Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:

• The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 of the Code de la consommation).
• The hidden defects warranty (art. 1641 of the Code civil), allowing a full refund or a price reduction.
